Most parents or couples don’t have a vision or goal written down on what they want to establish or achieve as a couple and as parents. Having children with the above features entails you been one step ahead. Best way is to have a strategy. Have a plan.
Have a meeting with your spouse or partner
Establish what you consider and what you want to see ingrained in your home and in your kids, factoring in their individual peculiarities
Write it down in simple terms
Look at it from time to time
Communicate it to your children( Age appropriate)

Reinforce your place in their lives and allow them communicate freely with you
It does take a village, involve grandparents and trusted relatives where possible
Communicate with them and always offer unconditional love

Explore various career paths that align with their interests and strengths
Support their education
Be available
